Refund and Cancellation

Ready-to-Ship Products

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Slight irregularities in handwork or color variation are not considered defects.

Made-to-Order Products

  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless received in damaged condition.

  • Handmade variations are natural and not treated as defects.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@slscollections.com or  with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team may request photos to verify eligibility.

  3. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

  • For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after product inspection and approval.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
